Purchase Hidden Camera with Built-In DVR for Reliable Surveillance

Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011

The middle school in the city was my cousin’s first assignment as its new principal.  However, I have heard that this school was one of the worst in the city due to behavioral problems and the presence of gangs, vandals, petty thieves, and truants.

When the superintendent of the district called me, we talked about this problem at length.  I suggested that we should put a hidden camera with built in DVR in strategic locations in the school to monitor the students.

The school district felt it was time to do something to address this problem of the school so my plans were supported. We installed working wall clocks with secret camera and DVR.

Students never noticed that the Exit Sign at the end of the hallway had a hidden camera with built in DVR system as well.  It has an SD card that records everything the camera captured.

We had two spy cameras inside the library.  One was the desk lamp on the librarian’s table and the other one was the air purifier near the door.  They were placed so that each can capture a wider area even after school time.

In my own office, the alarm clock that I placed on my table contained the covert camera and the DVR system.  This hidden camera with built in DVR can be automatically activated when motion is detected.

During a faculty meeting to discuss the school’s thrust to minimize, if not curtail, the students’ behavioral problems, I encouraged the teachers to equip themselves with either a pen camera or a watch camera whenever they are in school. The pen camera is an effective hidden camera with built in DVR since it can also record sounds.  I can write like a normal pen and a simple click can start recording.

With the embedded SD card in most of these spy cameras, we were able to view all the recordings regularly from a computer or from a TV with the RCA cable that can be connected to them. There are so many useful applications for this surveillance technology that can document what’s taking place in a school, business or home.

For instance, the above video came from a hidden surveillance camera installed in the home to monitor how the trusted nanny cared for their infant while parents were at work. It’s scary to think what other abuse took place out of view of the camera.

Bug Detectors Work As Powerful Counter Surveillance Gadgets

Friday, December 31st, 2010

All over the Internet, there had been pictures of innocent female students taking a bath or shower that were being spread.

My sister and her friends attempted to view these still pictures but the web site demanded payment before they were allowed to see those.  Surely, this was run by a group that preys on ladies who were unaware that their privacy was being abused.  This really scared many women on campus, not knowing how to protect themselves.

As soon as I was told about this, I did not waste time going to my sister’s apartment near her university.  The counter surveillance gadget that I brought along were bug detectors that can detect if there are hidden cameras or microphones.

Bug detectors are designed to discover where mics or hidden cameras are installed.  They are very sensitive to the radio frequencies of wireless gadgets as well.  I turned them on and started them waving around the entire apartment, especially in my sister’s bathroom.

Since bugs come in different sizes and shapes, some even smaller than a penny, bug detectors will aid in detecting their existence for their easy location.

I used the bug detector with Strength Meter in my sister’s apartment to search for wireless surveillance gadgets.  This model can sense any signal from 1 MHZ to 3 MHz.  Another kind of bug detector is the lens finder – Camera Detector that is also highly sensitive in identifying the location of the transmitters of wireless cameras.

I especially like the frequency detector with Strength Meter because it has hi-tech circuitry that is very sensitive in identifying wireless transmitters.  With an LCD screen where the frequency is shown, it would be a lot easier and faster to find the hidden bugs.

Bug detectors are a big boost to counter surveillance operations.  Now, I know that my sister is safe from the cyber creeps who are looking for innocent victims.

If you own a business, especially where your employees are having to park some distance away from the building. An outdoor security camera should be seriously considered. Tips for Preventing Home Invasion

Saturday, May 29th, 2010

So,what can you do? Many times it’s enough just to always make your home appear occupied. Using timers for household lighting and not having newspapers piled in the driveway are simple home protection techniques. Another overlooked idea is to cut back bushes and trees from around your home. Don’t allow places for criminals to hide and wait for you to arrive. Also, consider installing a Spot Light hidden camera with Built-In DVR that will allow you to capture images of anyone snooping around your home.
